Gale Branden

Director, Customer Service Academy

Fifteen years of Customer Service experience certainly classifies Gale M. Branden as a Service Expert.   She brings to the table a wealth of knowledge, training and hands on experience that can only be found while working and teaching in the Hospitality Industry.  Ms. Branden graduated from Xavier University in New Orleans with a degree in Business Administration which included a double minor in Accounting and Economics.  Gale became very passionate about the training aspect of the service industry and she focused on the importance of staff development.  She is a Certified Public School Teacher for the state of Louisiana.   

 

Damian Woods

IT Consultant, Vivid Image Consulting

With more than 12 years of experience, Damian Woods brings a practical analysis to all endeavors. Damian graduated in the top 10% of his class at Southern University at New Orleans with a degree in Industrial Technology.  In January 1998, he accepted an entry-level position with Lockheed Martin in New Orleans East (Michoud) as a project analyst.  Currently, he works part-time as a Technology Sales Associate.  Damian has been named Brand Ambassador several times as a stand-out for customer service, he continues to learn technology infrastructure, works as a Customer Service Academy Field Trainer and IT Consultant.

Casey Branden

Marketing Specialist, Vivid Image Consulting  

Casey Branden is one of the most hardworking marketing specialists that New Orleans has to offer.  As a 2002 Bachelor’s Arts Graduate of Xavier University, Casey has been exploring the fundamentals of Marketing since her sophomore year.  Prior to owning her agency Precise Planning and Advertising, LLC, Casey was a production assistant and line producer (Knightscope Entertainment), Office Manager (Applied Computer), and an Account Manager (Clear Channel Radio New Orleans/ Bakewell Media of La. WBOK). Her passion is servicing business owners and their businesses to grow their customer base and revenue.  Casey has impacted all those entities through her successful proficient knack and passion for targeted marketing strategies, competitive promotional executions, and researched sales tactics.
